After the initial consultation and deciding what all services you would like for us to implement for you we will begin by labeling and inventorying each server in great detail. Then we will make any suggestions for hardware changes before we begin the final service, wither it be a simple cleaning or replacement fans or upgrades to hardware or software.

By discussing items to be addressed this helps keep your unplanned downtime to a minimum.
